The company was created in 1992 when Harold Noland purchased 12 acres on Seabrook Island’s famed Crooked Oaks Golf Course. Known as the Homes of Hidden Oaks, the popular development of 30 single-family homes quickly sparked Harold’s love of building. Hidden Oaks Properties, Inc. specializes in custom homes and offers no preset floor plan. Their open floor plans are popular in most of their homes. At Hidden Oaks, the client can find services all the way from the architectural and engineering to the interior design and decoration.
