Company Description:Charleston Aquatic Nurseries, Inc. has been in business for 20 years and is committed to improving wetland conditions and
reducing the negative effects of growth and development. Our new product line encompasses environmentally impacting ideas
utilizing native aquatic and wetland plants in the myriad of ways they can be applied. Wetland Carpet TM is created in
biodegradable coconut husk mats at our facility and begin fighting erosion and pollution as well as providing weed control
immediately upon installation. These carpets arrive mature, well rooted and ready to install. Success rates are more than twice
that of planting and labor costs are minimal. Floating Wetlands are a huge natural filtration system designed to eliminate
problems caused by polluting runoff as well as clean the water while creating a wildlife habitat that beautifies any body of
water. This system is advantageous in countless areas including retention/detention ponds, storm water reserves/swails,
drainage ditches/canals, lakes and rain gardens to name a few.
