As a Charleston Area native, I have the great fortune of being raised in a very special place, and I?m still very proud to call it home. From spending weeks at a time at my grandparents? house on Lake Moultrie, to weekend getaways at Edisto Beach, I have been able to experience all the great things the Charleston Area has to offer. In addition to my exposure to the quality of life, I also grew up in a real estate environment. Because of this, I have extensive knowledge of many different aspects of the real estate world, such as: historic restoration (residential and commercial); sales and leasing (residential and commercial); renovations; subdivision development; construction; and more. I am also a ?green? property specialist, after completing a designation program called EcoBroker, which gave me extensive knowledge and training in making all properties healthier, more energy efficient, and more environmentally sensitive.
